Ticket Sales

• Billed immediately through the Greater Giving platform.

Sponsorships

• Billed immediately through the Greater Giving platform.

Procurement "Buy-out"

• Invoiced by the front office at Academy Schools.

Online Auction 

• Invoiced after the online auction by the front office at Academy Schools.
• Greater Giving requires a credit card on file. This will not be billed.

Live, In-Person Auction

• Cash is not necessary
• Bid/paddle numbers are recorded on bid sheets for everything from the photo booth to auction items.
• Invoices will be sent by the front office at Academy Schools. Even if you have a credit card on file.
